Mr.Chas is one month old. He weighed in at 9.5lbs last Friday, and has given us tenfold that in diapers. Charlie is missing his Daddy, who is eating sushi and enjoying vending machine beer in Japan (ok and working hard as well). Sir Charlie currently enjoys eating, stroller rides, eating, staying up all night, eating and his swing/vibrating chair.

FYI- Chandra has asked if we photoshopped his nose to look bigger. No, we have not.

Stepharoo was all worried that Charlie wasn't getting enough to eat.

I think the pile of diapers (in 30 hrs) and the smug look should end all worries.

A week in review:

He was visibly agitated by beer. We fear he is not ours. He's still pretty wee.

If we wedge him into the cracks of the poofy couch we can almost make him sit. Notice the slobber/vomit stains to his right from failed attempts

Rub a dub dub, Charlie in his tub. It's like a baby jacuzzi...he seems to like it.

the dude in a cursed onesie. Onesie's suck compare to sleepers. especially if your elf hates being changed. Those little legs are hard to jam into pant legs.

Steph is an extremely loving and patient mom. Child rear'n isn't easy, but watching Steph manage pretty much all of it (I empty the Diaper Genie) makes me appreciate how much she cares about his well being...probably the true definition if unconditional love.... and how easy it is to be a dude.
