Charlie's first Christmas

Todays' blog is posted by Stephanie! Gordon is gone to feed a friend's cat and give it's Ventolin puffer (as G. says- how hard will it be to catch an asthmatic cat?)

Mr. C celebrates his first Christmas with lots of people willing to hold him and to tolerate being puked on.
Baba and Gido Kozak seen below.

Gordon threatens Charlie as to the result of future bad behavior.
This year we decided to forgo corporal punishment; instead Charlie just got coal in his stocking.

Despite his recent weight gain (3lbs in 3.5 weeks!!), Mr. C still isn't as big as our turkey. He is however, noisier than our turkey.

But, Mr. C entertained us with his frequent costume changes- mainly due to aforementioned puke situation. He is not the first person to puke on a Santa suit and will not be the last.

The above outfit (slightly big) is only 36 years new, worn by Daddy. Charlie showed is appreciation for this antique, by promptly puking on it.

In the fact, the easiest way to reduce laundry, is not to wear anything.

So, Merrry Christmas to all- and to all a good night....or at least a night of less than 3 times waking to feed and taking an hour to get a certain someone back to sleep

  1. WAAAA! I miss him already. He's just starting to really respond to voices with big smiles and now he's going to forget me. I think I'll make a tape with my horrible voice that you can play for Charlie. I wish I could remember what I said to him that he thought was real funny. Oh well, any word or song will do. Do you have a cassette player, you know that old antique music box?
